Job SummaryTechnical Consultant - ServiceNow (Remote) Cape Town - Western Cape ~ Johannesburg - Gauteng ~ Durban - KwaZulu Natal ~ RemoteENVIRONMENT:A software engineering and data science consultancy with a global presence serves a diverse clientele, including large enterprises and emerging startups across South Africa, the Middle East, and the United States. They are currently looking for a Technical Consultant to collaborate with other consultants on assigned projects, handling tasks such as building, testing, documentation, and providing technical support to team members for the ServiceNow Platform.DUTIES:
- Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, including Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Complete project tasks with minimal supervision.
- Offer Level 3 production support for complex issues.
- Provide technical solutions and support within ITAM, ITSM, CSM, and ITOM domains.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
