Job Summary Role Purpose:
Travel into Africa to fix various heavy earth moving equipment and be customer facing.

Experience & Qualification Criteria

  • Qualified diesel mechanic
  • Diploma and/or Degree in administration or engineering
  • Experience with travelling and working on heavy machinery as well as handling all the paperwork- such as warranties and product support advice (80% travelling)
  • Handling all the administrative duties regarding customer requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
  • General customer service (sound technical knowledge)
  • Full operational (hands on experience)
  • Engaging with clients on a regular basis as well as networking on various levels
  • Doing the product training as well as managing various channel partners and customers
  • Administer the product support policies and processes
