WWhat you need to have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex projects using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Strong ability to mentor, coach, and manage technical teams, driving a high-performance culture.
• Exceptional communication skills to align technical teams with business goals and manage expectations.
• A knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly, keeping projects on track and within scope.
