Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in a relevant field, i.e. Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Pharmaceutical Formulation development will be required
• Must have experience with CRM software and technical support tools
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and quality control standards are essential
• Must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s license and be willing to travel to customer sites (40% of time)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, online, or in-person meetings.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conducting product training and demonstrations for customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working with engineering and product development teams to resolve them.
• Providing feedback to the product development team on customer needs and trends.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Participating in product development projects, providing technical expertise and feedback.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
• Collaborating and participating in trade fairs and customer seminars as sales promotion measures.
• Providing technical support for South Africa, as well as East Africa, West Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
