Technical Lead
Job Description
As a Technical Lead, you will drive impactful change by leading and designing, developing cutting-edge software solutions for the healthcare and financial industries across Africa. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of experts, crafting scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that meet the continent's specific needs. The ideal candidate will also be quite strategically minded as they are looking for someone who can grow into senior management within the business.Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Python
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Mastery in Agile methodologies and coding best practices
