R480 000 - R540 000Key ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES

• Standards and Quality Management System
• Regulatory Compliance on Product
• Department Management and Reporting
• Audits and CAPA Management
• Customer and Product Complaints
• Product Information File / Product Specification
• Raw Material Specifications and Standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Science Diploma / Bachelors' Degree
• 5 years Post Grad experience in a similar Quality Leadership / Manufacturer in Beauty /Personal Care / Pharmaceutical/Food Industry
• Computer literate on MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Hybrid work structure: * 2 days per week (or around 8 days per month) driving to sales calls in Cape Town Woolworths, Truworths, Wellness Warehouse etc.

• Use own vehicle and get refunded for KM SARS Logbook, parking fees etc
• 3 days per week in office
• Matric (Bachelor pass preferred)
• Marketing or Business diploma or degree
• No experience required but an INTEREST IN or some exposure to Beauty Industry preferred.
• High Level of Numeracy and able to read/evaluate /analyse numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Digital Social media marketing
• Superior interpersonal relationship and self management skills with a demonstrated ability to work with teams and others.
• Able to handle pressure
• Self starter with an internal locus of control
• Excellent practical problem solver
• Able to process and produce a high volume of information and documentation
• Able to work in a systematic and organised manner despite work pressure.
• Able to manage multiple competing tasks with flexibility and focus.
• Has a drivers licence and own reliable transport.
• Ability and willingness to vary working hours to meet deadlines.
