Job Description

Our client is looking for a technical manager who will report to the General Manager. The successful candidate should have strong technical and Quality Assurance skills. This person should also possess strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for the design and implementation of food safety and quality management systems.Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent
• Must have advanced training in Food Safety Systems
• 6-8 years experience in food manufacturing and production
• 5 years Quality Assurance management experience
• Proven track record of leading highly efficient teams

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Seek to continuously improve customer relationships through closely working with the internal and external customer
• Sign off all new raw materials and packaging for new product development purposes
• Continuously review quality and food safety risk assessments in line with emerging risks and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements
