The Technical Manager will lead a team of technicians, ensuring top-quality service delivery and operational efficiency, while also managing client relationships and driving continuous improvement across all technical operations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective project management skillsKey Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Manage and oversee technical services, ensuring all work meets established standards and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians to achieve the highest performance levels.
• Client Interaction: Handle customer queries and provide technical expertise, ensuring a strong and positive client relationship.
• Efficiency & Coordination: Ensure smooth operations by managing schedules, resources, and operational processes.
• Planning & Reporting: Develop strategies to improve service delivery and prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgeting for technical operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
• Project Leadership: Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly followed by all technical staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant technical degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Drivers License and Own Vehicle.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a technical management role.
• Overtime and Travel may be required
