DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS:Join our team as a Technical Marketer in the Agricultural Products Industry. Drive sales and marketing efforts for our diverse range of products in Potchefstroom and nearby areas. Develop and execute comprehensive plans, build strong customer relationships, generate leads, track performance, and provide technical support. As a Technical Marketer in the agricultural products industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our diverse range of agricultural products.RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for agricultural products in the Potchefstroom and surrounding areas.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
*Generate leads, qualify prospects, and successfully close sales through effective negotiation and contract management.
*Track and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
*Prepare regular reports on activities and sales, providing valuable insights for management.
*Assist in the planning and execution of trials for new and existing agricultural products, collecting data and reporting on trial results.
*Provide technical advice and support to farmers, optimizing the use of our agricultural products.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*Relevant qualification or substantial experience in sales within the agricultural industry.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
*Strong administrative skills and computer literacy for effective sales management and reporting.
*Valid driver's license essential.
*Willingness to travel as required.
*Punctuality, responsibility, and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
