Technical Operations Manager (electrical)

Job Description


KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • You will have completed a Tertiary qualification in business, operations or be a trade tested Electrician, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in the management of technical/electrical service teams, ideally in a construction/electrical or facilities management.
  • You will have a proven track record in operations planning, preparing estimates, costing of projects and ensuring the highest standards are delivered in terms of customer SLAs.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, be an adept problem solver and be able to expertly manage between 8-10 small electrical teams for maintenance projects across Gauteng, Limpopo and North West
  • You will be results driven, a natural people leader, organised, meticulous and have a high stress tolerance, able to thrive under pressure.
  • You will have advanced Excel and MS Projects software proficiency
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the electrical contractor or petro-chemical maintenance sector
