SUMMARY:Our client, a consluting house specializing in Intelligent Software Solutions is looking for a Technical Process Engineer to drive innovation, efficiency and automation within their business processes.POSITION INFO:
About the Role
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically inclined and has a strong understanding of business process engineering within the financial services sector or financial department processes. You should be skilled in SQL queries and or data analysis with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation.Key Responsibilities
Process Engineering & Optimization

• Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Conduct gap analyses and identify inefficiencies, providing practical and innovative solutions.
• Develop end-to-end process documentation using BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or other process mapping tools.
• Drive automation initiatives using process automation technologies.
• Develop and maintain process models, frameworks, and architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks.

Solutioning & Innovation

• Collaborate with IT and

teams to develop scalable, technology-driven process solutions. * Investigate and present innovative ways to integrate automation, AI, and data analytics into business processes.

• Ensure business processes are aligned with best practices, governance standards, and compliance regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with business units, data engineers, developers, and senior management to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user-story mapping sessions, and process documentation reviews.
• Develop and present business cases for process enhancements, focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved customer experience.

Education & Certification

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Informatics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Black Belt) certification is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications in TOGAF, Business Analysis.
