Job Description

Requirement Management: Gather and prioritize requirements from operations, treasury, finance, management, and compliance teams, translating them into actionable product goals
User Engagement: Understand user workflows, identify challenges and dependencies, provide training for optimal system use, and identify inefficiencies in product processes
Architecture Definition/Refinement: Play a key role in refining the architectural target state as new requirements emerge, and communicate any inconsistencies to stakeholders
Agile Project Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog in line with sprint-based methodologies and drive the team to meet delivery targetsQualifications:
Prior experience in FinTech, payments, or middle-office banking systems is essential
A Bachelors degree or equivalent in finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred
