Job Functions:
  • Support software products on-site and telephonically
  • Handle customer inquiries externally via phone
  • Collaborate internally with colleagues and the development department
  • Helpdesk admin - logging and following up on calls
  • Log calls on behalf of clients
  • Test completed calls or queries from clients
  • Conduct ad hoc testing of software products
  • Release new program versions to clients and write release notes
  • Install and upgrade software products
  • Perform related ad hoc tasks
