Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is currently looking to place a technical and project manager. They are currently seeking a skilled candidate to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals and be part of exciting projects across different industries.

As a Technical / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects in the building industry, with qualifications in either Civil Engineering, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveyor. The ideal person will have a minimum of 10 years' experience.

The main job functions are to manage, monitor and control the design team so as to provide information timeously to our construction teams.

Good communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Science).
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Project Manager within the build environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
