Our client is seeking Technical Representatives to join their team in Musina, Limpopo.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Service the Mine and other accounts on a needs basis by planning and organizing daily work schedule and working according to minexe2x80x99s work cycle.
• Submit detailed weekly reports to management regarding progress of installations conducted throughout week.
• Request quotes from office for any new orders the mine would like to place.
• Monitor competition on site.
• Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Ensure administration reporting and any other administration requirements are done and submitted on time to relevant people.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Developing an understanding of company products in order to ascertain needs of customer as well as solve any problems that arise.
• Ensure work is planned and all requirements are met prior to starting any installation training.
• Protect organization''''s values by keeping information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum requirements for the position:

• Previous experience as a Technical Representative in the underground mining environment.
• Grade 12.
• Willing to attend two weeks of training in Johannesburg.
• Local communities and Local residence of Musina, Limpopo will take preference.
• Medical fit and able to obtain a red ticket medical.
• Willing to work underground.
