Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
3-year Engineering qualification.
Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Strong understanding of HVAC products or services is ESSENTIAL!
Proven experience in a technical sales.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products or services.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs.
Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and provide pre-sales support.
Create and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how the company's products or services can meet their specific needs.
Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create customized proposals based on customer requirements.
Ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
