Must have a successful track record in industrial / capital equipment sales (5 yrs+), preferably in the meat processing sector. Technical & Sales qualifications highly advantageous. Exceptional communication & sales skills, self-driven & highly presentable.SA citizen, DL & own transport, willingness to travel (local & international).Location: Cape TownSalary: Market related with benefitsDETAILSA large company specialising in food ingredient (incl. meat) and mechanical processing equipment manufacturing is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Lead with industry experience, enthusiasm, and a drive for success in selling meat processing equipment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of product components & excellent demonstration skills to understand & manage customers needs, recommend products & foster good client relationships. The role entails developing tailored solutions based on clients requirements & their future needs, liaising with the technical support team, working closely with other internal partners, developing strategic sales plans & targeting potential customers. Other responsibilities include sales process management, sales reporting & analysis, as well as understanding product knowledge on the latest advancements in meat processing.REQUIREMENTS

• 5 yrs sales experience, preferably in industrial / capital equipment in FMCG
• Technical & sales tertiary highly preferred
• Strong understanding of meat processing operations and equipment
• Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills in English
• Ability to understand and analyse complex customer needs
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed with ability to work independently
• Willing to travel extensively, locally & internationally
• SA citizen with Drivers license & own vehicle
