Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Lanseria, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aviation-related products and services, developing strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including maintenance, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to network and generate leads.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft components, parts, and maintenance solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

• Prior experience in an aviation-related technical sales role.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the aviation sector.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
