Our client, a leading innovator in sustainable agriculture solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to join their dynamic team in Thabazimbi.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Growing a new client base: Identify and develop relationships with new farmers in your assigned territory.
• Building long-term partnerships: Provide ongoing support and expertise to existing clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Driving sales success: Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the regional growth strategy.

You'll be responsible for:

• Understanding crop needs: Conduct research and analyze soil samples to recommend the most effective farming practices.
• Problem-solving expertise: Address complex agricultural challenges and develop innovative solutions for your clients.
• Product knowledge: Champion Timac AGRO's concepts and products, ensuring effective implementation for improved yields.
• Educational outreach: Deliver training sessions and participate in industry events to educate farmers and industry professionals.
• Data analysis and reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or related field.
• Residency in the [Region] area.

• Solid understanding of plant and animal nutrition.
