The Technical Sales Rep will be responsible for introducing, promoting, and market products directly to clients. Responsible for providing sales support, involving specialized agricultural mechanization products. Provides guidance and expertise in area of specialization (including, but not limited to product demonstration, customization, and implementation). Conduct market research to enable competitive positioning.

xc2xb7 Ability to execute in a diverse environment by building a deep understanding of the mechanisation portfolio - understanding of key customer needs and requirements, business data analysis, processes, and scenario modelling
xc2xb7 Assist with all sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met in accordance with laid down policies and procedures
xc2xb7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
xc2xb7 Ability to work with a high impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders
xc2xb7 Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders and serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
xc2xb7 Driving automation/optimization of the mechanisation system - reporting functional management information
xc2xb7 Develop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicize the company's products & brands
xc2xb7 Relevant National Diploma in Sales & Marketing
xc2xb7 4+ years related experience with mechanized agriculture and related products or similar
xc2xb7 Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate
