We're looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join a leading team in the Consumer Care industry, responsible for resolving customer issues and developing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify and clarify their requirements, consulting with internal specialists to gather and analyze data.
- Use your technical expertise to develop a response strategy for recurring customer concerns.
- Provide value-added, specialty solutions to maintain business competitiveness and drive sustainability.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure the development of suitable solutions for customers.
- Manage sales budgets, ensuring volume, sales, gross profit, and margin targets are met.
- Drive business development opportunities to ensure a steady pipeline of growth.
- University degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical sales role, ideally within Consumer Care
- Strong ability to consult, problem-solve, and develop customer-centric solutions
