Contact person for this position:Ronel BakkerWebsite:Job overviewMy client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to be responsible for the JHB/Pretoria region. The successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager in Johannesburg.Main accountabilities (not limited to)SALES REVENUE

• Achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Adherence to price list and seeking management approval for special pricing

SALES GROWTH

• Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends to management.
• Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth

CUSTOMERS

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned areas
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure continuity of business and loyalty

RESEARCH AND REPORTS

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and customer needs
• Ensure that monthly reports are concluded and submitted timeously
• Complete all call details on the CRM system after each customer visit
• Compile and conclude test reports and submit to the customer within the required

timeframe including but not limited to quotationsKnow-How, Technical Skills and Experience

• Matric /Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) is essential
• Driver's license (Code 08) is essential
• Diploma/Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any other related qualification is advantageous
• 2 - 3 years as a sales representative in an abrasive industry is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Suite with ability to navigate on any ERP system
