The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of specialized products, including blades, core drills, machines, abrasives, granite, polishing products, steel cutting, and steel grinding solutions to customers in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and stone processing. This role demands both strong technical knowledge and excellent sales skills to build and maintain lasting customer relationships while driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for blades, core drills, machines, abrasives, and other related products.
Identify and target potential customers across various industries including construction, stone processing, metalworking, and manufacturing.
Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients, providing technical solutions tailored to their needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing business relationships.
Product Knowledge & Technical Support:
Provide in-depth technical expertise on blades, core drills, polishing systems, abrasives, and steel cutting/grinding solutions.
Advise customers on product selection based on their specific operational requirements and technical needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations and industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Provide ongoing post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring the successful application of products.
Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Market Research & Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for management review.
Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements or new product lines based on customer needs.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and promotional events to increase product visibility and expand market reach.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technical field (preferably in blades, core drills, abrasives, or related machinery).
Strong technical knowledge of the products, including blades, core drills, polishing systems, steel cutting, and grinding equipment.
Sales Skills:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to build relationships with both new and existing customers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Technical Knowledge:
A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products and their applications in various industries.
Ability to explain complex product features and benefits to non-technical customers.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to understand and address customer requirements and concerns effectively.
Education:
A degree or diploma in Engineering, Sales, Business, or a related technical field is preferred but not essential.
