Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the FMCG industry is currently looking to employ Technical Sales Representatives.Positions available in Port Elizabeth.A wonderful career opportunity awaits you.Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent BSc qualification such as Agriculture, Microbiology, or a related field is essential.
  • Drivers license and travel is required.
  • Newly qualified graduates with up to two years of work experience.
  • The candidate must be able to understand and communicate in Afrikaans.
  • Previous external sales experience is required.
  • The candidate must have their own vehicle, as the role involves visiting clients daily.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Plan fortnightly call schedules / sales calls with customers.
  • Learn and apply customer classifications.
  • Plan on building market share across all categories.
  • Build on and research product and industry knowledge.
  • Work on promotional activity as per guidelines required.
  • Build client relationships and ensure service effectiveness.
  • Submit weekly sales reports by the required deadline.
  • Proactively look for new business and market opportunities.
  • Manage sales administration and other duties as required.
