Our client based in Boksburg, Johannesburg, is looking for an Technical Sales Support Consultant to join their fast growing team!About our client:

• Technical Sales Support: Provide detailed technical information and support to customers regarding mobile crushers and screening equipment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Sales Assistance: Support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical proposals, and assisting with the preparation of quotations.
• Site Visits & Product Presentations: Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements, provide equipment demonstrations, and deliver technical presentations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to crushers and screening equipment.
• Conduct field training: Offer customers training on how to operate the machine and how to conduct maintenance for the machine.

Key Requirements:

• Matric
• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the mobile crushing and screening industry, mining, or heavy equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of mobile crushers, screens, and related equipment; familiarity with product specifications and applications.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions that drive sales.
• Drivers license
• Computer literate
