Job Description
Scrum Master who will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of technical professionals in the development and maintenance of data solutions, including analysis, design, engineering, implementation, monitoring, and support.Responsibilities:
- Lead, grow, provide advice and support to data engineers and analyst in the data team.
- Facilitate Agile development and ensure the scrum frameworks
- Implement processes that enable delivery excellence
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate business IT requirements into implementable solutions.
- Assess, identify and mitigate potential risks with the data function by complying with technology business policy and process requirements
- Design relevant data solutions and produce specifications and architecture.
- Implement functional IT strategy in support of business objectives with particular focus on operational and service excellence.
- 3 - 5 years BI or Data Development
- Completed Degree / Diploma
- Good knowledge of Architecture and Design Principles and Data Governance
- Strong experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
