We are a well-established company with 34 years of experience in the coffee industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Technical Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all workshop operations, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of coffee machines and equipment.
2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Implement and monitor processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the workshop.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
5. Create and present detailed weekly reports.
6. Maintain relationships with key contact clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
7. Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client concerns and requirements.
8. Manage and oversee the entire service fleet, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and in excellent working condition.
9. Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of service technicians, ensuring efficient routing and timely service delivery.
10. Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
11. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
12. Develop and implement procedures for improving fleet operations and reducing costs.
13. Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports.
14. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
15. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High School (Matric)
Previous experience in a technical workshop management role.
Proficiency with the ServCraft operating system is an advantage.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Sage, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
