You will work closely with the Technical Services Team, learning about integration processes, troubleshooting issues, and best practices for platform stability.This six month internship will provide an opportunity to:

  • Develop technical skills by analyzing data and identifying errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
  • Gain practical experience in customer support and technical consulting.
  • Learn the Impact.com platform and its role in the digital partnership ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting data discrepancies to ensure platform reliability.
  • Support internal teams by investigating technical issues and recommending solutions.
  • Work on analytics projects, extracting insights to improve customer experiences.
  • Learn to work with APIs, SQL databases, and data processing tools.
  • Develop an understanding of Impact.com's platform, integration processes, and digital partnership ecosystem.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution, and communication.
  • Assist in the creation of technical-related help content/documentation that is made available to the client base.
What You Have:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with APIs and their role in data integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in technical engineering support, technical consulting, and data analytics.
