Hire Resolve's client is urgently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of transformation initiatives and corrective strategies
- Conduct data analysis and monitor business performance trends
- Apply models aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Uphold and implement compliance policies and governance structures
- Oversee adherence to regulatory requirements and risk control practices
- Develop and maintain SHERQ systems that foster a culture of compliance
- Drive the development of functional strategies and action plans
- Ensure responsibility for achieving performance targets within the function
- Grade 12
- BTech Degree in Environmental Management/Safety Management
- 7 years' experience Technical Services experience.
- 5 years' management experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
