• Implement, configure, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure and computing platforms.
• Administer Windows Server & Active Directory (2016/2019) and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Perform system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and automation using PowerShell.
• Deploy and optimize systems on virtualized platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage network services including DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols.
• Deploy and administer IAAS/PAAS/SAAS cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Implement security standards and best practices based on CIS benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ICT infrastructure services.

• A relevant NQF Level 7 qualification (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).
• 7+ years experience in enterprise ICT applications and infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft environments.
• Expertise in Windows Server & Active Directory administration.
• Experience in virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency in automation, scripting (PowerShell), and system patching (SCCM, SCOM).
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) federated technologies (ADFS, Azure AD).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines.
• Team player with collaborative and leadership skills.
