An Online Electronics and Automation Company in South Africa is seeking a driven Technical Support Consultant to join our young and dynamic team. The candidate will assist in the technical support department and after-sales department which forms part of supporting customers, provide training and other related tasks. The incumbent will also perform some sales tasks like sending out Invoices and dealing with day-to-day operations. Ultimately, you should be able to support customers and assist with technical queries as priority, and able to assist the sales team. After-sales support plays a critical role in ensuring our customers are happy with the products and can depend on our support channels. The position also entails providing customers with advice based on their requirements. The candidate must adapt to changes and learn the industry trends.
