Provide technical support and maintenance for systems and networks.
Conduct fault-finding to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Perform systems maintenance, including servers reboot and network maintenance.
Log in to servers and routers to diagnose and address issues.
Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
Manage network infrastructure and ensure its reliability and security.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and issues efficiently.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
Degree from a technical university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to work in shifts, including 2 weeks in-office shifts and 2 weeks on standby throughout the month.
Familiarity with server and network administration tools and protocols.
Experience with writing technical reports and documentation is advantageous.
