Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing support and maintenance, fault-finding, and system maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems and networks.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for systems and networks.
• Conduct fault-finding to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform systems maintenance, including servers reboot and network maintenance.
• Log in to servers and routers to diagnose and address issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
• Manage network infrastructure and ensure its reliability and security.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and issues efficiently.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Degree from a technical university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including 2 weeks in-office shifts and 2 weeks on standby throughout the month.
• Familiarity with server and network administration tools and protocols.
• Experience with writing technical reports and documentation is advantageous.
