Job Description


Self-starter, strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, passionate and driven
Handling and resolving complex situations before and after installations for various BESS and Solar systems
Be the first point of contact for product support requests and technical inquiries.
Liaise with the Contact center in the UK throughout the sales process and after installation of the product.
You must be willing to travel to sites and visit existing and potential customersSkills & Experience:
A full, valid driving license is required
Liaising with HOD in the UK to identify trends and suggest improvements to support more efficient service delivery
Providing and developing product-specific training either online, in person or on-site.
Monitor Contact Centre operations to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Minimum 5 years experienceQualification:
BSc/ BEng/BTech/NDip Electrical Engineering
Experience in BESS systems
