Job Summary o Grade 12 / Standard 10 (NQF Level 4) / N3 is essential o ETD/ HRD Qualification / Certificate relevant to role on NQF level 4 an added advantage o Blasting Certificate is essential o Minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Supervisor is essential o Minimum of 5 years experience in the HRD field is essential o Mine Overseer certificate of competency will be an added advantage. o Assessor and Moderator s qualification will be an added advantage o Computer literacy (MS Office Package) is essential o A valid medical Certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate.
