Join Our Team: Technician in Training FTC - 18 monthsWe're looking for a motivated Technician in Training to support our team by assisting with project work, maintenance tasks, technical investigations, and management duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth and hands-on learning.Training and Development (TIT Programme): * Administrative Training

• OHS Act, Lockout, SAP, LMF 11, Bar Charts, Drawings, Rotable Procedures, MSG3 Maintenance Management.
• Practical Training

• SKF Bearings (Basic & Intermediate), Problem Solving/RCAs, Welding, Rigging, Hydraulics, Lubrication, Fault Finding.
• Plant-Specific Equipment

• Tailored training based on discipline: Instrumentation, DCS, QCS.
• Practical Experience

• Assist Technicians with daily tasks and projects.
• Step up as Shift Foreman for 3 weeks.
• Gain leadership experience as Maintenance Support, Foreman, or Superintendent for 3 weeks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Recognised Trade Test Certificate in Instrumentation.
• NQF 6 - National Diploma N6/S4 in Instrumentation.
• 5 years post-apprentice experience.
• Valid driver's license.
