Job Summary Are you a skilled and hands-on professional with a passion for technical problem-solving? We're looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team and play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving our technical infrastructure. What you'll do: Deliver the services as required by project requirements. Comply with all health and safety regulations on-site. Identify opportunities to grow the business. Build, maintain, and improve client relationships. Problem-solving and troubleshooting. Adhere to quality standards. Office administration Collaboration with onsite members, and produce relevant reports. Ensure employee compliance with all company policies. - leave, claims, petrol cards, SHEQ, company asset usage, and more. Perform all relevant inspections. Local and International travel. The Experience we look for: Function-related experience: 3 years. Leading teams: 3 years. Project experience: 3 years. Other experience: 3 years of Industrial Communication experience is non-negotiable. 3 years in Health and Safety. 3 years in installing and maintaining Solar and Battery backup systems. 3 years in IT (Microsoft Office 365 and basic network configuration). 3 Years of relevant operational and management experience in business and IT Service Management. Qualification: Grade 12. A+ and N+ certification. N4 relevant to the Job description and CCNA. Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunications and/or Information Technology. Good understanding of relevant terminology and underlying design best practices Minimum 2 years experience as team leader/supervisor. Experience in Health and Safety contractor management. Advanced computer literacy. Work environment: Office and warehouse environment xc3x82 Client visits Site visits Physical Demands: Climb structures, towers, and ladders and operate small equipment. xc3x82 Commissioning. Troubleshooting. Site visits. Travel: Traveling will be required from time to time. Position type and expected hours of work: Full-time (5 days per week) standby over weekends (as per roster) xc3x82
