We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. If you have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fixing a wide range of household appliances and are passionate about delivering excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.

- Provide top-notch customer service by explaining repair issues and solutions clearly to customers.

- Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems.

- Order and maintain necessary parts and tools for repairs.

- Work independently and manage your service schedule efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair.

- Strong knowledge of appliance systems and common issues.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy appliances (as needed).
