JOB PURPOSEServes as a pivotal point of convergence for operational excellence and risk mitigation. Ensures that the firms IT products are efficiently managed, strategically aligned with business objectives, and fully compliant with all relevant regulatory and industry standards. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and technological foresight, positioning IT as a key enabler of the firms success and resilience.A. JOB PROFILEPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESCompliance Strategy and GovernanceDevelops and oversees a comprehensive technology compliance framework that aligns with ITSM (IT Service Management) practices, enterprise architecture, and business objectives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.Establishes governance structures and policies for IT operations, architecture decisions, and compliance activities, ensuring clear guidelines and accountability across the department.Regulatory Awareness and Risk ManagementMaintains knowledge of relevant regulations and standards affecting IT operations and technology use within the firm, such as the Information Security Policy (ISP), ISO27001, Systems and Organization Controls (SOC 2) and International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM1).Conducts regular risk assessments to identify compliance risks associated with ITSM processes and enterprise architecture. Develops and implements risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.Audit and ReportingCoordinates and oversees audits of IT practices, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Ensures accurate and timely reporting of compliance status, audit findings, and risk assessments to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Maintains comprehensive documentation to support audit activities and compliance verification.Training and AwarenessDevelops and delivers training programs for the IT department and relevant stakeholders on compliance requirements, policies, and best practices to ensure firm-wide awareness and adherence.Promotes a culture of compliance within the IT department and across the firm, emphasizing the importance of compliance in supporting ethical practices, maintaining quality, protecting the firm, and ensuring trust.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementWorks closely with the central QMSE (Quality Management for Service Excellence) team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to technology compliance, sharing information and strategies to address common challenges.Strategic Compliance IntegrationIntegrates compliance considerations into ITSM processes and enterprise architecture planning, ensuring that compliance is not an afterthought but a foundational element of technology management.Incorporates compliance insights into strategic planning efforts, advising on the impact of regulatory changes on technology strategy and operations.KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSBachelors Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business Administration or equivalent experienceCertifications in ITSM (preferably ITIL 4 Strategic Leader or Master) or technology auditing (preferably CISA)Knowledge of the TOGAF enterprise architecture framework (certification is advantageous)5-10 Years total Experience3-5 years managing cross-functional teams in a complex, multinational environment.Strong background in strategic planning and executionProven ability to mentor and lead teams towards achieving strategic objectivesCritical and analytical thinkingOrganizational change managementProject managementCommunication and interpersonal skillsRelationship buildingCustomer centric focusFacilitation and persuasion skillsCollaboration with delivery teamsCultural sensitivityOutcome driven orientationEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Up to 20%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
