Job Purpose
:
As a Telemarketer/Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our services to companies working in the textile customization space within the UK. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, building rapport with potential clients, and ultimately driving sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
-Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce our business coaching services.
-Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
-Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers.
-Present the value proposition of our services and address client needs.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM (HubSpot) system.
-Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead-generation campaigns.
-Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
:
-Proven experience in B2B telesales (2+ years required).
-Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with potential clients.
-Strong self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
-Proficiency in using CRM software, HubSpot preferable.

Working Conditions

Compensation and Benefits
:
Salary: R18,000 - R22,000 per month.
