Are you a creative, self-motivated individual with a knack for decision-making and a passion for sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Reception Administrator to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate sales through cold calling, attend to reception calls, and handle administrative responsibilities, with the goal of expanding our client base.
Compensation:
Base Stipend: R1,500
Proportional Base: R3,500, dependent on achieving the target of 21 listed deals per month.
Commission:
o R600 for every concluded rental.
o R2,500 for every concluded sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct approximately 150 cold calls daily to prospective clients using provided data.
Set 1-2 appointments daily for sales or rentals on behalf of property practitioners.
Answer incoming calls and clearly explain our services to potential clients.
Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and persuade them to choose our services for property sales/rentals.
Accurately verify and record customer information.
Develop and follow up on business leads.
Conduct customer surveys to ensure high service levels.
Schedule and follow up on appointments for sales/rental representatives.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
Greet and assist visitors at reception, manage the reception area, and respond to inquiries.
Perform desktop property valuations.
Manage the Property Practitioner's diary, respond to emails, and handle online inquiries.
Develop creative marketing strategies to attract new business.
Administer the loading of new leases on Propworx.
Requirements:
Proven experience in admin, telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer service role.
A successful track record of meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
A high school diploma is required; a BSc/Ba is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
