The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers who have shown interest in prescription weight loss treatments but have not completed the telemedicine questionnaire. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing field, utilizing multiple communication channels to engage with clients and drive conversions.Work Hours and Location: 10 AM to 6 PM US-Eastern Standard Time (16:00 to 24:00 South African Standard Time). This role will be based in a hybrid remote and in-office in Cape Town. Proof of a quiet work location and internet speed test will be required for this roleResponsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via text messages, outbound phone calls, and emails to follow up on incomplete questionnaires.
  • Inform leads about the benefits of the weight loss treatments and assist them in completing the telemedicine questionnaire.
  • Schedule appointments with providers/doctors to address any questions or concerns potential customers may have.
  • Track and manage leads using sales CRMs and other tracking tools.
  • Conduct follow-ups and re-engage with leads as necessary.
  • Meet daily contact and sales metrics.
  • May be eligible for bonuses based on performance attainment
Requirements
  • College degree and excellent English skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or medical sales is a plus.
  • Required experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in using sales CRMs, lead tracking, email messaging, and phone tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with US clients or healthcare companies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is a benefit.
  • Ability to work US-hour schedule in office Monday - Friday.
  • Ability to get to/from our office located in the Foreshore district of Cape Town.
