Our client, a leading manufacturer, requires a Telesales Clerk to join their office located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.This role requires a Matric certificate and at least 3 years relevant marketing and/or sales experience within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans), outstanding customer care and full computer literacy is expected.Responsibilities include the full customer service process, including processing orders, selling products/services and handling correspondence as well as customer queries.NDC Personnel & Contractors adheres to the requirements of the POPI Act.
