Job Description


Our client is looking for a Telesales Clerk to join their team.Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Processing orders and handling all correspondence.
  • Selling products and services.
  • Processing returned goods.
  • Handling customer queries and concerns.
  • General Assistance:
  • Counting stock.
  • Assisting in the warehouse.
Key Skills:
  • Communication:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Strong telephonic skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical:
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Other:
  • Good mathematical and numeracy skills.
  • Practical attitude with independence.
  • Energetic and dynamic demeanor.
  • Experience with irrigation products (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in marketing, sales, or a customer service environment.
