KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employ a relationship-based approach to boost sales and secure orders from both existing and potential customers.
Showcase products to customers, guiding them in selecting the most suitable options tailored to their needs.
Build and nurture business relationships within the assigned Representative Area to generate new business for Company products.
Provide management with comprehensive oral and written reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
Stay abreast of new products, market conditions, advertising, and promotional trends by actively engaging with relevant literature and collaborating with the marketing department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Grade 12
Fluent in English
Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in Sales roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
Valid License
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Building and maintaining relationships in support and living out the company culture.
Friendly, helpful, confident yet humble, and able to work well in a team.
Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
