Ecstatic Web is a growing web development and digital marketing agency that provides top-tier design, branding, and marketing solutions. We are looking for an energetic Telesales/Telemarketer to help drive our business growth by connecting with potential clients and promoting our services.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Promote and sell Ecstatic Web's web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales techniques and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies.
- Represent and promote Ecstatic Web at industry events when required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or digital marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of web development and digital marketing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.

Pay: R6 500,00 - R9000,00 per month

Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
