Job Description


Our client, a leading logistics company that specializes in domestic and international freight solutions, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a 3-month contract to start on 1 September 2024.Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and clients
  • Answering of the switchboard and handling of all inbound calls
  • Read and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Assisting with office administration to management teams
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Own reliable car and drivers license
  • Computer literate - MS Office
