Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Operating telephone switchboards and promptly answering calls.
Maintaining a neat and professional reception area with a friendly atmosphere.
Attending to visitors courteously and professionally.
Creating and updating a database for product inquiries and calls.
Sorting and distributing daily mail to employees.
Sending internal mail and other items via courier as needed.
Routing calls and documents to the appropriate employees.
Assisting various departments on an ad hoc basis.
Essential Requirements
Minimum Matric qualification.
Office Administration qualification (advantageous).
1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and good telephone etiquette.
Customer service orientation.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
