We are seeking a temporary sales admin to support our sales team in their day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role will involve assisting with sales paperwork, data entry, customer inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed.Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing sales documents and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications
- Process orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales admin or customer service role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
