Job SummaryThe Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their automotive service needs. This role involves effectively communicating with customers to understand their concerns, accurately documenting their requests, and coordinating the service process with the automotive technicians. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting customer retention.Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service requests.
• Provide estimates for service costs and explain recommended services to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate the service process with automotive technicians.
• Monitor the progress of service repairs and communicate updates to customers.
• Upsell additional services and products as needed.
• Process customer payments and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep up-to-date on automotive service trends and industry standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive service industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previously worked at a Toyota dealership will be an advantage.
